The WAREMA Modbus actuator 230 V can be used to control up to 6 sun shading drives or power consumers independently of each other. They integrate into an existing network with Modbus protocol and implement commands from a higher-level control.

The open Modbus protocol links devices from a range of manufacturers. With WAREMA Modbus actuators 230 V, sun shading products can be integrated into an existing system which centrally controls the functions of various devices.

Simple

Straightforward connection: the actuator has inputs for standard push buttons. The operating mode is automatically adapted to the connected sun shading products.

  • Control of up to six 230 V sun shading drives or up to twelve 230 V power consumers (e.g. lighting)

  • Required connecting lines:

    • 230 V connecting line for supplying the actuator and the connected sun shading drives/power consumers

    • 4-wire bus cable (Modbus)

  • Connection of conventional push buttons to local individual or group operation

  • Locking contacts to disable the drive (e.g. when windows are open)

  • The operating mode of the connected local push buttons is automatically adjusted to the set product types.
