The wind/photo sensor and radio clock measures the wind speed and brightness with its sensor range of 360° and with 4 photo sensors. The information is transmitted to the central control unit, which compares the data with the limit values and reacts if necessary.

Totally sensitive to brightness

360° brightness sensor: the Sensor Wind/Photo/Radio Clock records all changes to the lighting conditions.

Controlled depending on the time

In sync: the sensor receives radio clock signals and creates the basis for the reliable functioning of time-controlled processes.

Protective

The measured wind speed uses the central control unit to protect sun shading products from wind damage and to move them into a safe position if the limit values are exceeded.

  • Sensor measures:
    • Brightness using 4 photo sensors
    • Wind speed using cup anemometer mounted on a facade
    • Radio clock signal (via DCF77 radio clock receiver)
  • Evaluation/display of data in the connected sun shading control system
  • Connecting line (standard length of 3 m), can be extended to up to 200 m if necessary
  • Requires weather-proof line (suitable for outdoor installation) such as 8 x AWG 26 C UL (resistant to UV rays)
  • Installed using fixing bracket or pole
